This is the story of two landmark albums released only a few months apart 50 years ago -- "The Velvet Underground and Nico" and the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper" -- and how time has treated both of them.
In Canada, there were two colored vinyl Beatles albums issued: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – gray marbled vinyl; Love Songs – yellow vinyl; In France, the following Beatles albums were issued on colored vinyl: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – clear, green, yellow, blue, purple, orange; The Beatles 1962-1966 – red vinyl

Even though I don't think too highly of the album, we should still appreciate the album for being experimental and very unique. 2.

Although I’m biased because With The Beatles is my favorite pre Revolver Beatles album.
I love this album and was excited to finally get it on cd.. It's nice to see more people accepting of the music off this record now than when it came out, I think the disco association isn't warranted (I happen to love 70's disco so it was never a problem for me) but except for the Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Finale at the end of the album, there really isn't a hint of disco in the
